Ingredients to make Masala Bhindi

to fry:

Bhindi – 300 grams
*Salt – 1/4 tsp
*Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
*Mustard oil – 2 tbsp

For paste:

Tomato – 2

  • Ginger (1 inch
    *Green chili – 1

For Okra Masala:

*Mustard oil – 1 tbsp

  • Cumin – 1/2 tsp
    *Hung – 1/4 tsp
    *Onion – 1
  • Besan – 2 tbsp Roasted
  • Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
    *Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
    *water to taste
    *Tomato + Ginger + Green Chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Curd – 1/4 bowl
  • Roasted fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – for garnishing

Instruction

Step 1- Take some ladyfingers, wash them and cut them.

Step 2 – Add salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice to it.

स्टेप 3 – एक पैन लें, उसमें सरसों का तेल और थोड़ा नमक डालें और भिंडी को भूनें।

Step 4 – Add cumin, asafoetida and finely chopped onion to the remaining oil and cook on medium flame. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder to the roasted gram flour. Mix them all and put them in the pan. Cook the spices and onions by adding water.

Step 5- Then add tomato, ginger and green chili paste, salt and garam masala and cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Step 6 – When the oil starts leaving, add some curd to it and cook it while stirring continuously.

Step 7 – Now add dry fenugreek, green coriander and fried ladyfinger to it. Mix them and cook for some time.

Step 8 – Now serve the delicious Dhaba Style Masala Bhindi with Onion, Tomato and Lemon Wedges.
